Viridia is a natural remedy reference library. It is a tool for education and personal research — not a medical service, not a diagnostic system, and not a substitute for professional healthcare.
The app provides information about herbs, natural modalities, and traditional health practices. That information is drawn from historical use, published research, and traditional herbal frameworks. It is presented plainly, with citations where available, and without pharmaceutical framing or influencer branding.
It is a cabinet. A codex. Not a clinic.
Using Viridia does not create a patient-provider relationship of any kind. Nothing in the app — no remedy entry, no Body Oracle result, no preparation guide, no healing journal prompt — constitutes medical advice, a medical diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation.
Viridia does not know your health history, your current medications, your allergies, or your circumstances. It cannot. Do not use it as though it does.
If you are dealing with a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, are taking prescription medications, or are uncertain whether an herb or modality is appropriate for you, consult a qualified healthcare provider before using anything you find here.
Certain remedies in Viridia carry a warning label designation. This flag indicates that the remedy has a meaningful caution — hormonal activity, CNS effects, known drug interactions, or risks that change significantly with dose or individual factors.
The flag is not a prohibition. It is information. Read it. Take it seriously. If you are in a flagged category — on thyroid medication, managing an estrogen-sensitive condition, pregnant — give those entries more scrutiny, not less.
Viridia flags these entries in good faith for educational purposes. What you do with that information is your decision.
You are responsible for how you use Viridia. The app is designed for adults who are capable of reading information critically and making their own decisions. It is written to that standard.
You agree not to use Viridia to replace emergency medical care, to make decisions about prescription medications, or to treat serious medical conditions without professional guidance.
You agree to use the information here as one input among many — the way a well-read friend would offer it — not as a final word.
Viridia makes a genuine effort to present accurate, well-sourced information. Herbal research is an active field. Traditional frameworks evolve. Our understanding of mechanisms improves.
We update entries as the evidence warrants. We do not guarantee that every entry reflects the current state of research at every moment. Where evidence is limited, we say so. Where evidence is strong, we say that too.
If you find an error — a wrong citation, a mechanism misstated, a preparation with a safety issue we missed — tell us. We would rather know.
Viridia operates on a freemium subscription model. A portion of the library is available to all users without charge. Full access requires an active Viridia Pro subscription.

Includes 25 curated core remedies, Chapter I of every remedy entry, the Body Oracle, Glossary preview, and free Apothecary Guide articles. No payment required. No expiration.
Viridia Pro — Subscription Options
Monthly: $7.99 per month, billed monthly. Renews automatically each month until cancelled.
Annual: $74.99 per year, billed as a single charge annually. Renews automatically each year until cancelled. Equivalent to approximately $6.25 per month — a savings of roughly two months compared to the monthly rate.
Free Trial
New subscribers may be eligible for a 30-day free trial of Viridia Pro. During the trial period, full Pro access is granted at no charge. Your payment method will not be charged until the trial period ends.
To avoid being charged, you must cancel before the trial ends. Cancellation during the trial period will not result in any charge. Each Apple ID is eligible for a free trial once per subscription product. If you have previously subscribed to Viridia Pro, you may not be eligible for a trial on resubscription.
Auto-Renewal & Cancellation
All Viridia Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Renewal charges are processed within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period.
To cancel, go to your device's subscription settings: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Viridia. You may also manage or cancel your subscription through the App Store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — you will retain Pro access until that date.
Viridia does not process cancellations directly. Subscription management is handled entirely by Apple.
Refunds
Refund requests are subject to Apple's standard refund policies and must be submitted through Apple. Viridia does not issue refunds directly. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
Price Changes
If we change the subscription price, we will notify you in advance through the app and via App Store notification. Price changes take effect at your next renewal date. Continued use of the subscription after that date constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Viridia accounts are personal. You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for activity under it. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization, contact us immediately.
We do not sell accounts. We do not transfer accounts. If you delete your account, your data is deleted with it. Account deletion does not automatically cancel an active subscription — you must cancel separately through your Apple ID subscription settings.
The Viridia app, its content, design, remedy database, illustrations, and written material are the intellectual property of Viridia's developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, scrape, or commercially exploit any content from Viridia without written permission. Citations within the app reference their respective original sources; those sources retain their own copyrights.
You can delete your account at any time from your profile screen. We can suspend or terminate accounts that are used to abuse the platform, circumvent subscription access, or violate these terms.
We won't do it arbitrarily. But we reserve the right.
Viridia is provided as-is. We are not liable for decisions made based on information in the app, for adverse reactions to remedies described in the app, or for any harm arising from use or misuse of the content.
This is not an attempt to avoid accountability for negligence. It is an acknowledgment that we are an information tool, not a healthcare provider, and that the responsibility for applying information to your specific situation rests with you and, where appropriate, with a qualified professional.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the twelve months preceding the claim.
If we make material changes to these terms, we will notify you through the app before the changes take effect. Continued use after that point constitutes acceptance.
We will not change the terms in ways designed to harm you quietly.
