Delete Account

This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Before You Proceed

Deleting your account permanently removes all of your data from Viridia. Your journal entries, cabinet, and remedy log cannot be recovered after deletion.

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. You must cancel that separately through your Apple ID subscription settings.

Upon confirmation, the following data is permanently and irreversibly removed:

02 What Is Retained

Anonymized, non-identifiable usage data may be retained for analytics purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No data that can identify you personally will be kept after deletion is processed.

We will process your request within 30 days of submission.

03 How to Request Deletion

You have two options:

Option 1 — In-App

Open Viridia, go to your Profile screen, and select Delete Account. This is the fastest method and processes immediately.

Option 2 — By Email

Send a request to viridia.app@proton.me with the subject line "Delete My Account" and include the email address associated with your account.
